Productive and exciting
I worked for Parkguard Ltd for about 8 months and I enjoyed every part of it. I was based in Islington and it has the best supervisors you could ask for, always wanting to see if they could help with any issues you had and always checked on your welfare. In addition, my line manager was excellent, if you had any problems at work or personal life he would go above and beyond to help you out. I couldn’t ask for better colleagues and management. The only reason I left was because i moved and travel was an issue but hopefully our paths meet again.

Well organised company with fantastic opportunities
If you want to make a difference to the community, providing a positive presence in the area, and gathering information while providing local authorities with intel reports, this could be the role for you. Very well structured and organised company to work for. I have felt extremely welcomed since joining the company. Management are very approachable, friendly and provide reassurance. The business support team are very informative, keep you well informed and very helpful. Training for the role is excellent. Patrol officers I have worked with want to make a difference and help the communities they work in. I would recommend the job to friends.

Fun, supportive and very rewarding
I’ve been with Parkguard for about 5 months now and I can honestly that this is one of the best companies I have worked for. I joined after being made redundant from a previous role and didn’t quite know what to expect, but I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations. I work with some great people who bring different experiences to the role and together we make a solid team. The managers are great at what they do, very supportive, understanding and down to earth. A typical day can be fast paced but you also have days that are quite chilled out and relaxed. If you have a proactive mindset then this is definitely the place to be. The job is very rewarding as we get to make a real difference in the communities we work in and the locals appreciate our hard work. I had a week’s worth of class room training which was insightful and had a laugh with an excellent trainer, however the real training starts on the ground which you’ll be prepped for in the class room. Lastly, the company provide top quality uniform including footwear and you’ll hit the ground looking the part. Give it a try and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!

Professional and friendly company
Throughout my time working within the company I have found the team, management and clients to be friendly and extremely helpful. The pay is decent and there is a large amount of job satisfaction. No negatives to state.

Fun place to work and good management
Interesting work with no two days being the same. Good team members and good guidance from colleauges and management. The hours can be demanding but that is the nature of this job and it can really be an advantage sometimes. The management team are always really supportive and they are there to help whenever you need.
